Wage: $26.00 to $27.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills/Job Duties: Read and interpret blueprints, Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations, Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers), Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools, Clean and maintain work space

Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work setting: Custom machine shop

Work site environment: Noisy

Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Equipment and machinery experience: Computer numerical control (CNC) machines, Electrical discharge machine (EDM), Milling machines, Surface grinders, Lathe
Repetitive machining operation experience: Turning, Milling

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail
