Wages: $18.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 30 to 40 hours per Week ** Part timers are welcome**

Employment condition: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Shift, Weekend

StartDate: As soon as possible

Overview

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

 

Responsibilities

Tasks: Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Arrange for refunds and credits, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Maintain records and statistics, Perform general office duties, Receive and log complaints, Receive credit and employment applications, Receive payments, Sell merchandise

 

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
