Manage staff and assign duties, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Recruit, train and supervise staff, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Supervisory Experience, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
