Marketing Co-Ordinator

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess products and services and develop strategies for advertisement and promotion
• Coordinate implementation of promotional campaigns through various medium
• Create product training resources and provide training to staff on promotion strategies
• Plan, implement, and monitor product launches
• Develop sales and marketing tools and product displays to differentiate and increase brand value
• Evaluate promotion strategies and provide feedback
• Prepare reports and determine future marketing needs for sales improvement

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• 2+ years’ experience
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
• Organization and planning skills
• Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly and proficiently to new information
• Teamwork skills to work collaboratively with internal and external parties

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Some work activities will occur after normal business hours i.e. evenings and weekends

POSITION TYPE:
Permanent, Full-Time – 40 hours/week
Salary $5,500 monthly

Group insurance available including life, extended health, and dental
Incremental raise available based on performance
