Job Description

Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bringing the books to the trial balance stage
